The candidate will be responsible following key deliverables :
- Identify and exploit opportunities of Tea development and introduction of Company in NEW markets across Delh/NCR& Pan India in future.
- Maximizing sales volumes and market share of Company in all categories of products exports
- Maximizing sales growth and profitability of Company's business, across categories.
The major key responsibility areas are :
- Drive category-wise sales growth and penetration in Global market
- The person is required to appoint new distributors and sales generated from new territories.
- He will also be required to understand and fulfill legal and documentation requirement for export of those new territory
- Directly handle and liaison with key Export accounts and send product samples, price offers, product details to them for our entire range. Follow up for orders and monitor sales .
- - Aware about there competitors.
- Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong relationships with prospects clients &distributors Promoting Company products
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and
- Generating New Leads.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements and share insights with product and marketing teams
- Follow up regularly with existing clients to ensure on services.
- Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
- Managing operational and administrative functions by Product Displays, Samples Co-ordination.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery
- Handling Database and updated reports and Timely Submission of Every Report along with analysis
- Achieve Monthly/Qtrly/Yearly Results (Volume & Value)
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must be from fmcg industry.
- Person from tea industry will be preferred.
- Expreienced candidates will given preference.
